What are the charges?

There are no upfront charges. We operate on a no-sale, no-fee basis, so you have nothing to lose. Our commission is 50% of any sold items.

Do you accept shoes and handbags?

Yes, we accept high-quality shoes and handbags. Please ensure that shoes are thoroughly cleaned and in excellent condition.

Do you accept men’s or children’s items?

At this time, we are unable to accept men’s or children’s wear.

What condition should my items be in?

They must be clean and in excellent condition, ready to be loved by a new owner. If you’re unsure, it’s best to leave it out!

Where do I drop my items off?

Your consignment can be dropped off at our location in Ecclesfield, Sheffield.

How are my items sold?

They will be listed on online marketplaces for a duration of 10 weeks.

Am I informed when an item sells?

While we do not notify clients each time an item sells, you are welcome to contact us for updates on your consignment during the selling period.

How long is the selling process?

Items are listed for 10 weeks, with prices adjusted periodically to ensure they sell at the best possible price.

What happens to unsold items?

They can either be returned to you or donated to charity—it’s your choice!

What percentage of items do you typically sell?

The percentage of items sold depends on their style, condition, and overall saleability. Generally, we sell between 50% and 100% of each consignment.

How will I receive my payment?

At the end of the selling period, your payment will be issued via bank transfer or PayPal, based on your preference.
